Wayne GrosvenorWayne Grosvenor

Born and raised in New York City, Wayne currently resides in Clifton Park, New York. Wayne was attracted to music from his elementary school days. He played conga drums professionally at a club in Manhattan throughout his senior year of high school. He then fell in love with the bass, which he has played ever since.

He has been playing in churches since the early eighties. Wayne has played with various Christian bands including Regional Christian Artists and Heart for Worship.  He can also be heard on Howie Campbell's Christian CD entitled "Thank You".  Wayne also leads the Wayne Grosvenor Rhythm & Jazz Quartet, playing jazz standards, bebop and funk.  The true love of Wayne's life (second, of course, to God and his wife) is music, especially jazz, funk, salsa, black gospel and reggae.  Wayne accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in May of 1976, and he currently attends the Fruitful Vine Christian Church of Clifton Park, New York (NY).  He also assists on the worshp team at Connecting Point Church in Easth Greenbush, NY.
